Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of overmeshy, an AI 3D asset generation service operated by Overmatch, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

overmeshy turns images, text prompts, and CAD descriptions into 3D assets, and can rig, animate, retexture, and remesh them. The service is under active development: features may change, be added, or be removed, and generation engines may be swapped for better ones.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in access secure, provide accurate information, and use one account per person. You must be at least 13 years old.

Credits and payment

Generations consume credits. Credits are held when work starts and captured only when it completes successfully — if a generation fails, you are not charged. Free monthly credits expire at the end of each month; purchased credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final and credits consumed by successful generations are not refundable. Prices may change; changes never apply retroactively to credits you already hold.

Your content

You keep all rights to the prompts, images, and models you upload. You give us the limited license needed to run the service: to store your content, process it through our generation providers, and display it back to you. As between you and us, the 3D assets generated for you are yours, for commercial use included. Two honest caveats about AI generation: outputs are produced by machine-learning models, so the law on their protectability is still developing, and similar inputs from different users can produce similar outputs — we cannot promise exclusivity.

You are responsible for your inputs: upload only content you have the rights to use.

Acceptable use

• No content that is unlawful, infringing, or sexually exploitative of minors.
• No generating assets intended to defame or impersonate real people.
• No circumventing credit limits, including via multiple accounts.
• No reverse engineering the service or reselling raw access to it.
• No automated scraping or load that degrades the service for others.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Infringement claims

If you believe content on overmeshy infringes your copyright, email iman.mostafavi@overmatch.com with the details required by the DMCA and we will respond promptly, including removing content where appropriate.

Termination

You can stop using overmeshy and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these terms. On termination you may request an export of your assets within 30 days.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. AI-generated assets can contain errors, artifacts, or imperfect geometry, and we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or that outputs will fit a particular purpose. Nothing in this section limits warranties that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially we will update the date above and notify signed-in users. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
